2M Credit Specialist - Billings, MT

2M Company is hiring a full-time credit specialist. Flexible work hours available. Experience in customer service and accounts receivable is preferred but not required. $20-22/hr based on experience, with increase available after 90 day probationary period, with an option of monthly bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review monthly AR reports and identify accounts needing attention
• Communicate with credit manager, customers, and branch personnel on collection issues
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries for information and documentation requests on their accounts
• Document communications with and regarding customer accounts
• Monitor and release orders placed by past due and over-limit customers
• Work with customers to ensure timely payment of their accounts
• Assist with other tasks in the finance department as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
